Argh. Did something wrong and lost my last post.
Ok, so tonight my teacher got me into Kurmasana, chin on the ground. Then he moved me into a sort of Supta K. Feet were 8 -10 inches apart but I could wrap my arms and grab fingerips. Very fun, and yes, I left a puddle of sweat on my mat from my face. How very attractive is that? I really need to get a yoga blanket mat I think. I sweat way too much and slip all over the place.

Teacher had to help me balance in Urdhva Mukha Paschimottasana. Face came to shins, it was a good stretch. I think I need to find that sweet spot in the breath to get the balance right there.

Was totally wiped when I got home. Drank OJ but that didn't seem to calm down the hypoglycemic thing going on. Got some Gatorade out when I got home, sat on the floor watching hub make dinner and then laid down til it was done. Turned out I slept til 9pm and he didn't want to wake me. Whatta guy. Couldn't eat the ribs he bbq'd. I only ate some green beans and potatos. I felt oddly repelled by food. How weird is that? Normally I would have wolfed down the dinner.
