I'd forgotten they changed the schedule and the class I ended up going to was a Pilates class. I went anyway and remembered why I don't like Pilates. I thought I might end up sore this morning but nope, no soreness.
I did find that I have weak upper abs but very strong lower abs. I should think about strengthing them to help my posture a bit.
Oh and the rug, I used it even tho I didn't need it. The class didn't really make me sweat so it was just a-lying there.
