Ei, ei, ei, went to the 6:00 class and started withSupta Badda, floor postures, extended leg 4ward bend, downdog, lunge, pidgeon, downdog, standing forward bend. Yeow. Held them for a long time. It's not my hamstrings that feel it its in my hip/groin area where I've got this little pain. I'm sure it will stretch out. I didn't really notice it until I got up in that last forward bend.

Triangle, half-moon, headstand, shoulderstand, camel and then savasana. Oh yeah and teachers kidlet got 5 stitches in his chin, poor little guy.

Then Nidra. Did Pranayama, it was heavenly. Best Nidra class ever. K is going on vacation so I'll keep practicing on my own. :-)
