Made the 8:00 class. Does not replace the Ashtanga class. There is such a huge difference between the two groups. A lot less work, whole more talk in C's class than the Canyon classes. I don't really want to talk I want to do asanas. I do however enjoy the ropes. Such a great chest opening using the ropes. I wish I could install some in the house. Hmmmmm.
