Yikes I had to take a Vioxx last night around 1:00 am. I wasn't sleeping because that tendon (or whatever it is on the backside of my left knee, on the left, that band thingy) hurt and so did my left elbow bones on either side and my shoulders.

I have that midback pain again. I wonder if the needling effects went away or if I did something to cause it to come back?
