Really good class tonight. Rug made Garba slippery for the roundabouts but I got thru them.

Went to a moderate level class and it was pretty basic because there were so many new people in class. It was ok, did lots of hip openers. I sunk into them and just hung out. I figured my headstand was going to be terrible and both of them were very comfy. Must of had all those discs stacked just right.
